In addition to our fundamental business such as planning, designing, manufacturing, marketing, and maintenance of environmental test chambers, we always endeavor to develop new products to keep up with market needs and offer a wide variety of products such as an automatic measurement system and a reliability test network system which speed up reliability evaluation work and saves labor as well as mechanical reliability evaluation systems which allow the users to perform tests under close-to-actual usage conditions.

Outsourcing Services
We are one of the first providers of outsourcing services which many corporations are keen to use as a new type of solution that enables enhancement of investment efficiency, optimum manpower allocation, and acceleration of work. We offer a wide range of contracted services including reliability evaluation / diagnosis, EMC testing, and drug stability testing at our IECQ-approved independent test center.

After-sale Services
The "ETAC Customer Support Center (CSC)" which introduced the latest technologies such as individual customer data bases and voice mail, was newly opened in order to provide fast and detailed after-sale services(customer support) "promptly", "adequately", and "in a friendly manner" as in our mission.
