Our Fee Structure

Basic fee structures of our contracted testing services and maintenance contract

This is a guide to our basic fee structure for our "contracted reliability testing / analytical service" and "maintenance contract". If you wish to request a quotation or price list, please send us an inquiry via our online inquiry form. Regarding the prices for other products, such as an automatic measurement system, an environmental test chamber, or reliability test network, please contact us separately.
1) Contracted Reliability Testing & Analysis Service
Example 1: Environmental test

Basic charge + chamber rental fee (hourly charge) + charges for optional services

Test conditions
Type of test Temperature cycle test (air to air thermal shock chamber)
Test time Total 500-cycles (500 hours).
1 cycle (1 hour) consists of low and high temperature tests (30 minutes each).

2) Maintenance Service

Technical fee + parts cost + travel expenses + (accommodation fee)
<Basic charge>
Technical fee 12,000/hour × number of hours
Travel expenses 6,000/hour × number of hours
Transportation cost Actual expenses if any transportation facilities were used.
*When traveling with our service car, the charge will be 60 yen/km × traveling distance.
Accommodation fee 10,000 yen/night
Technical fee for calibration 50,000 yen to 80,000 yen per unit
Calibration certificate 12,000 yen/set
Calibration report 8,000 yen/unit

2 to 4 million yen 90,000 yen + (Price of chamber - 2 million yen) × 0.02 = A-2 A-2/1.5
4 to 8 million yen 130,000 yen + (Price of chamber - 4 million yen) × 0.01 = A-3 A-3/1.5
8 million yen and above 170,000 yen + (Price of chamber - 8 million yen) × 0.005 = A-4 A-4/1.5
* The fees listed here do not include consumption tax.
